摘要
应用SC一400型超声扫描仪对20头牛(黄牛10头、水牛6头、乳牛犊4头)的超声心动图反复试验,结果表明可显示出牛的左心室壁、左心室腔、室中隔、右心室腔、右心室壁、右心房、主动脉根、肺动脉、二尖瓣、三尖瓣及肺动脉瓣等心内结构的形态和运动功能。M型和二维超声心动图2种方法所测得的在心结构数据相关非常显著(P<0.01);重复试验结果显示,M型和二维超声心动图对左心室壁厚、左心室内径、室中隔厚等数据的测量,有较高的可重复性。
Two- dimensional and M- mode echocardiography of 20 cattle (10 yellowcattle,6 buffalos and 4 Holstein calves) were performed with SC-400 scanner.They re-peatedly showed that the morphology and functional movement of the left ventricularwall,left ventricular cavity,interventrlcular septum,right ventricular cavity,right ven-tricular wall,right atrium,aorta root,pulmonary artery,mitral valve and tricuspid valvemay be observed with clear images and reliable results.Statistical analysis of quantita-tive echocardiography values indicated that the correlation between data for the left ven-tricular structure measured with M- mode and two- dimensional echocardiography wasvery significant(P< 0.01).Repeated testing showed that both the M-mode and two-di-mensional echocardiography had a high degree of reproducibility in regards to the thick-ness of the left ventricular wall,internal diameter of left ventricular cavity and thicknessof the interventricular septum.The studies provided a base for further clinical applica-tion of echocardiography.
