摘要
以粉末丁腈橡胶(PNBR)专用胶乳为原料,硬脂酸钙和硅化合物为复合隔离剂,NaCl和MgSO4混合溶液为凝聚剂,在65～75℃,600r/min的条件下,可制备PNBR。结果表明,试样的成粉率约为99.0%,平均粒径约为0.50mm,抗黏结指数约为30g。淤浆处理后所得滤饼须经分子筛搓散及振动流化床高温干燥。
Powdered nitrile butadiene rubber was prepared with nitrile butadiene rubber latex as material, calcium stearate and silicon compound as complex powdering agent, NaCl and MgSO_4 mixing solvent as agglutinant, in the condition of stir speed 600 r/min at 65～75℃. The results showed that the powdered rubber had the powdering rate 99.0%,average particle size 0.50mm,adhesion resistance index 30g.
