摘要
对兰州石化公司引进15kt/a丁腈橡胶装置DN214牌号聚合用助剂进行了国产化及替代品研究。结果表明,在相同的实验条件下,用国产扩散剂NASF、二甲胺替代相应的进口产品,同时将三乙醇胺替代二甲胺用于DN214丁腈橡胶工业化生产,产品性能达到技术标准。
The domestic produced ingredients for nitrile rubber DN 214 in a 15kt/a plant were studied. The results showed that the domestic produced dispersing agent NASF and dimethylamine replaced for imported products, and triethanolamine replaced for dimethylamine, could be used in the production of nitrile rubber.
