摘要
随着人们环境保护意识的日益提高,采用定向钻法铺设管线时发生的塌孔、地面沉降、冒浆等问题正在引起各方重视。本文旨在探讨定向钻穿越过程中泥浆配比、施工过程中泥浆压力控制、以及控制穿越深度的重要性。利用FLAC软件模拟土体塑性变形过程,对地层允许压力值提出预测。
With the improving of social consciousness in environment protection, more and more concern are given to the soil deformations such as the collapse of the soil bore, ground heave and even the fluid leak. This paper highlights the importance of well designed drilling fluid, construction practice and bore design in horizontal directional drilling. Numerical simulations for soil plastic deformations are carried out using FLAC, and numerical predictions are undertaken to characterize soil allowable pressure.
