摘要
目的探讨1991—2003年影响中国农村妇女住院分娩服务利用的因素。方法利用国家卫生服务调查资料拟合多因素Logistic回归模型考察中国农村妇女住院分娩的影响因素。结果多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,农村社会经济发展水平、是否为初产妇和家庭人均年收入是影响中国农村妇女住院分娩服务利用的重要因素。结论社会经济发展水平是影响我国农村住院分娩服务利用的主要因素。
OBJECTIVE To explore factors affecting hospital delivery utilization. METHODS National Health Services Survey data was analysed with the multiple losigtic regression model. RESULTS Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that level of economic development and annual household income level were important factors affecting inpatient delivery in rural area. CONCLUSION The level of socio-economic development made main contribution to the hospital delivery in rural China.
