都匀市城市社区老年人健康状况及社区护理需求调查

Health Status of Elderly People and Questionnaire on Community Nursing Demands in Duyun Community City

目的了解都匀市老年人健康状况及对社区护理的需求。方法采用老年人社区护理需求调查表、老年抑郁量表(GDS)及社会支持评定量表对都匀市城区210名60岁以上老年人进行问卷调查。结果210名老年人中67!1%患有慢性病,22!4%存在自理缺陷,50!5%有抑郁症状。对社区护理的客观需求方面有慢性病系统管理、康复指导、照顾者培训、心理护理及健康教育等。主观需求方面前10位依次为上门服务(30!5%)、慢性病管理(27!6%)、保健指导(26!7%)、健康档案(21!4%)、饮食指导(18!6%)、照顾者培训(13!8%)、专科护理(12!9%)、康复指导(11!4%)、技术性护理操作(11.0%)及家庭病床(11.0%)等。结论老年人群是社区护理服务的重点人群,应加强对社区护理服务宣传,完善社区卫生服务体系,针对老年人需求调整社区护理工作重点。

OBJCTIVE To find out health status of elderly people in Duyun City and the demands on community nursing. METHODS Adopt questionnaire on community nursing demands for geront people, depression sheet（GDS）, and social support assessment sheet to conduct qusetionnair on 210 old people aged above 60 in Duyun city zone. RESULTS Among 210 old people, 67.1% have chronic disease, 22.4% have difficulty to take care of themselves, and 50.5% have symptom of depression. Objective demands on community include system management on chronic disease, rehabilitation guidance, carer training, psychological nursing, and health education, etc.The first ten subjective demands on community nursing include the following： visiting nursing （30.5%）, chronic disease management （27.6%）, health care guidance（26.7%）, health file（21.4%）, diet guidance（18.6%）, carer training（13.8%）, specialized nursing （ 12.9% ）, rehabilitation guidance （11.4%）, technical nursing operation （ 11.0% ）, household ward bed （ 11.0% ）, etc. CONCLUSION the aged group is the key group in community nursing service. Propaganda on community nursing should be enhanced, community health care service system should be completed, and aiming at the needs of elderly people, stress should be laid on adjustment of community nursing work.
