摘要
目的探讨良性癫患儿智力结构及其与家庭人际氛围的关系。方法对126例良性癫患儿采用家庭环境量表和瑞文标准智力测验量表进行测评,并采用多元逐步回归分析其影响因素。结果患儿高智商66例,中智商34例,低智商26例;高智商患儿独立性因子评分显著低于中、低智商患儿(均P<0.01);与良性癫患儿智商水平显著相关的是其家庭环境中的娱乐性、道德观、亲密度、情感表达、矛盾性和独立性因子(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论家庭氛围可影响良性癫患儿的智力,患儿家庭应保持和谐的人际氛围,以有利于患儿的智力发育。
Objective To explore the intelligence structure of the benign epilepsy sufferers and the family environment. Methods One hundred and twenty-six benign epilepsy sufferers were investigated with Raven＇s standard progressive matrices and family environment scale. The stepwise regression was used to analyze the influencing factors. Results There were 66 cases of high intelligence quotient （IQ）, 34 cases of middle IQ, and 26 cases of low IQ. The score of independence of high IQ children was lower than that of middle and low IQ children （all P〈0.01）. There was significant relationship between the benign epilepsy sufferer＇s intelligence quotient and entertainment, moral view, intimate, emotion, conflict, independence in family environment （P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The harmonious family atmosphere plays a very important role in the development of sufferer＇s intelligence.
