对首次永久起搏器植入患者实施健康教育路径的效果观察 被引量:30

摘要 目的探讨首次永久起搏器植入术患者实施健康教育路径的效果。方法随机将92例首次行永久起搏器植入术患者分为观察组和对照组各46例,观察组根据健康教育路径图实施健康教育,对照组按常规实施健康教育。结果观察组患者出院时健康教育知识书面测试得分为57.8±8.5、自我护理操作得分29.6±5.4,对照组分别为50.9±9.4、21.0±5.0,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(均P<0.01);观察组患者健康教育达标率、对护理工作满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论实施健康教育路径能够提高患者对健康知识的掌握程度及自我护理技能,提高健康教育效果,促进患者早日康复;同时可促进护患沟通,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。 Objective To explore effectiveness of health education pathway in the patients subject to the first implanted permanent pacemaker. Methods Ninety-two patients were randomly divided into two groups:observation group and control group, 46 patients in each. Health education pathway was performed in the observation group, while traditional education was done in the control group. Results There was significant difference in score of heath education knowledge test and self-nursing test between observation group and control group (all P〈0.01). There was significant difference between the two groups in the checkout ratio of health education and the ratio of satisfaction to nursing service (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion Implementation of health education pathway could enhance patient's health knowledge and self-nursing skills, improve the patient's satisfaction to the nursing service and obtain favorable nursing efficacy.
