摘要
本文阐述了影响Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光管寿命的各种因素，以及延长器件寿命的措施。文中特别提出了低熔点玻璃封接的结构和工艺，试验表明激光器的存放寿命可达４年以上。
In this paper,the main factors that can influence laser'lifetime have been discussed and how to prolong its lifetime. The kovar and the reflective mirror are sealed through low melting point glass,and the laser's lifetime can be over 4 years.
