Nd：YAG激光治疗宫颈糜烂56例的体会

56 Cases with cervical erosion treated by Nd: YAG laser

应用Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光对宫颈糜烂疾病进行了治疗，有效率为９８．２％。结合临床随访１年以上。认为本方法疗效肯定，操作简便。利用激光治疗的原理，使糜烂组织炭化、结痂、痂壳脱落后，创面为新生的鳞状上皮复盖，而达到治疗。

6 cases with cervical erosion are treated by Nd:YAG laser.The efficiency is 98.2 %.All the cases areobserved more than one year. Our results show that the method to treat the patients with cervical erosion by Nd: YAGlaser is reliable and easy to operate. The mechanism to treat the cetvical erosion by Nd:YAG laser is to stimulate theerosive tissues to become carbomated and scabbed.Then hte new tissues are covered by sqamous epithlium.
