摘要
以新疆塔里木河流域灌区“塔二”项目试点区为例,分析了改革后农业用水价格水平,农民对水价变动的承受能力以及农业用水的需求价格弹性,最后得出农业用水是缺乏弹性的商品,水价并不是决定农业用水需求量的唯一因素的结论,并提出了政策建议。
Using “Tarim Basin Ⅱ” project experimental area in Tarim River basin irrigation district as a case study, the paper analyzes the level of water price after reform, farmers＇ support capacity and water demand elasticity of agricultural use water, finally this paper concludes that agriculture use water is the commodity of low elasticity, that water price is not alone factor deciding the demand of agriculture water use. Moreover, this paper put forward the policy suggestion.
