Technique of Speech/Voiceband Data Discrimination

本文着重讨论语音和话带数据（ＶＢＤ）的鉴别技术。首先分析了鉴别的理论依据和应用前景，然后结合国内外有关文献和作者自己的实验、研究结果，从短时能量及其变化规律、一阶二阶过零率、自相关函数和频谱分析等角度论述了具体分析方法，并为工程应用提供了实验数据。

This paper concerns the technique of speech/ voiceband data discrimination,A description of theoretical basis and its applicative prospects are given first.Then,combining relevant literatures with author's research practice, various methods such as short-time energy,the normalized central second-order moment, 1st-and 2nd-order zero-crossing rates,as well as autocorrelation and rerquency domain analysis are de scribed.some experimental data are also presented for the ends of engineering application.
