本文分析了变反射率稳定腔的优点,将RAVI应用于稳定腔TEACO2激光器中,改善输出光束的质量。
The advantages of employing a variable reflectivity mirror in a stable resonator areevaluated. A radial variable Fabry-Perot interferometer (RAVI) has been applied to a pulsed TEA Colaser with a geometrical stable resonator to improve the intensity profile of output laser beam.
