摘要
本文报导厚度在1μm以下的SnO2:TiO2二维薄膜的气敏光学新现象,它与厚度在10μm以上的薄膜的气敏光学现象有较大的差别。我们发现,当浓度较低时,它的透射峰会随浓度增加而向短波方向位移,只有在浓度较高时,才存在峰值强度随浓度增加而增加的现象。
The object of the paper is to introduce the new phenomena of gas sensing optical transmission of SnO2: TiO2 two-dimension film of thickness less 1μm, and the phenomenon is much differentfrom the Phenomena of thickness 10pm. When the concentration of the combustible gas is lower, thetransmission spectra of the film move towards short-wave with the increasing of the gas concentration.And in higher gas concentration, the transmissivity increase with increasing of gas concentration.
