摘要
松果体区实质细胞肿瘤病理跨度大,良性低度恶性的以手术为主,预后佳;中高度恶性以辅助治疗为主,预后差。手术、放疗、化疗、放射外科治疗各有优缺点和适应症,切除范围与预后关系不可忽视,肿瘤大小也影响治疗预后。
