神经胶质瘤治疗展望 被引量:2

摘要 神经胶质瘤的治疗是神经外科的难点和热点,手术、放疗、化疗、生物治疗是主要的治疗手段。神经导航、清醒状态下手术、术中肿瘤实时显像等手术辅助技术的发展有利于提高肿瘤的切除程度,三维立体适形放疗(3D-CRT)和调强放疗(IMRT)有望成为继X刀、γ刀之后新一代的放疗手段,间质放、化疗提供了更为合理的给药途径,而作为胶质瘤治疗新的希望,基因治疗和免疫治疗更显示出广阔的发展前景。现就胶质瘤治疗方面的新近技术做一论述和展望。
