摘要
颅内富血管肿瘤的手术治疗往往会导致术中大出血。在术前或者术中,如果对这些肿瘤进行栓塞治疗,不但可以减少出血,还可以缩短手术时间,最终降低病残率。目前血管内技术不断进步,已在微导管技术辅助下,运用各种不同性质的栓塞剂对脑膜瘤、血管母细胞瘤和颈静脉球瘤等颅内富血管肿瘤进行栓塞治疗。研究结果显示,栓塞治疗在颅内富血管肿瘤治疗中起重要辅助作用。
