系统性红斑狼疮的神经系统损害及发病机制

摘要
系统性红斑狼疮是一种多系统自身免疫性疾病,临床表现多种多样,其中约半数病人可以出现神经精神症状。其神经系统损害可以出现头痛、癫痫、脑血管病、狼疮性脑病、无菌性脑膜炎、运动障碍、脊髓病、精神障碍、认知障碍等诸多方面的临床表现。但系统性红斑狼疮神经系统损害的确切发病机制目前仍然不很明确,抗体介导的神经细胞直接损伤及抗体诱导的血液动力学异常可能是其主要的两种发病机制。
