摘要
介绍了ＢＭＢ—Ｉ型便携式薄膜热电偶测温传感器，以陶瓷片作为基体材料，较好地解决了绝缘以及镀膜牢固性问题．该薄膜热电偶测温范围０—１２００℃，测量精度为０．５％Ｆ．Ｓ，时间常数小于５０ｕｓ。可广泛用于各种科研和生产行业。
In this paper, a new portable sensor of thin--film thermocouple (TFTC) for measuring the surface transient temperature is reported, which exhibits bulklike thermoelectric behaviour with good adhesion and electrical insulation properties, by using the matrix ceramics. The range of TFTC is 0 - 1200℃, the precision is 0.5%F. S. and the response time is 50μs. the new portable temperature sensor of TFTC can be widespreadly used in the field of scientific research and the produces.
