《永乐大典》所辑“潮州城图”考略

A BRIEF VERIFICATION OF CHAOZHOU CITY MAP INCLUDED IN YONG LE DA DIAN

本文根据大量史料考证出《永乐大典》所辑的'潮州城图',是元、明之际以宋代绘制的'潮州城图'为底本的摹绘图。其底本绘制于宋端平年间(1234—1235),绘制人可能是《潮州图经》(1235年)的作者黄梦锡等人。原图已佚。文中还考证了该图中部分自然地理和人文地理的分布以及建置情况。

With its basis on a large amount of historical materials, this article concludes that Chaozhou City Map collected in Yong he Da Dian (Great Encyclopaedia of the Yongle Reign) is a facsimile reproduced from a Song map between the Yuan and Ming Dynasties. The Song Chaozhou City Map, which is no longer extant, was probably drawn by Huang Mengxi and others in 1234-1235 when compiling the Chaozhou Tu Jing. The article also investigated the distribution of part of the physical and humane geographies of Chaozhou City and its setup.
