摘要
从各向异性晶体的双折射性质出发,对单轴晶片基底鳍线进行了严格的理论分析。导出了晶片基底中波矢量和电场偏振态与晶片主轴取向的一般关系,给出了三种可能轴向情况下o波和e波的波动方程和场解形式、场分量关系,由此确立了鳍线各区域中的谱域场结构表达式。
By taking account of the birefringence properties,a regorous theoretical analysis of the fin line using uniaxial crystal plate as its suberate is presented in this paper.In spectral domain,the general dependences of wave vectors and polarization characteristics on the direction of major axis of the crystal are determined and derived for the three kinds of substrates in derail.Scalar wave equations,component dependences and field constructs of the fin lines are carried out consequently.
