摘要
Bi代DyGaIG材料是新一代磁光存贮介质。文中用导纳矩阵法计算了多层结构磁光记录薄膜的光学特性,分析了记录层厚度和反射层厚度对记录性能的影响。从磁光记录过程的光和热效应相结合的角度提出了一个新的优化目标函数,并以此完成了Bi代DyGaIG/Al(Cr)/Glass多层结构磁光盘的优化设计。
A Bi-substituted DyGaIG magneto-optical(MO)recording film is the promising medium in the next generation. By the method of the characteristic matrix,the optical performance for magneto-optical multilayer structure is calculated.The dependence of effective Faraday rotation(θF)and reflectivity(R)is analysed. A new optimized objective function,combining optical effect with heat effect in MO recording process is constucted. In the end a Bi-substituted DyGaIG/Al(Cr)/Glass multilayered MO disc is optimized by the method proposed.
