“大失误是战略,战略错了回力无天…企业的凝聚力和成功主要就来自于这样一个正确的战略,它是企业的发展方向、发展目标、美好的发展愿景。企业无论大小,都应该有自己明确的战略规划。然而在现实中,小企业最大的处境是生存与赚钱,一般都认为没有能力、没有时间甚至没有必要制定清晰的战略规划,即便是生存战略都没有,常常是看一步走一步,随波逐流,导致了现在的“高死亡率”。事实上,企业在发展过程总是充满着难以预计的变数,如果没有明确的战略方向,创业者未能毫不动摇地专注于做自己应该做的事,就很容易陷入日常琐事与困境中不能自拔,最终一事无成,并可能“梳理”出种种外在的失败因素细节原因聊以自慰(有时间总结失败因素,当初何不提升制定正确战略的能力,认真“想”清楚“写”下来企业的发展方向、发展目标,并落实到日常创业行为中?)。因此,每个小企业也要制定清晰的主战略,包括企业的发展方向、发展愿景、发展目标、核心价值观等,以此逐步制定调整市场战略、人才战略、产业战略、空间战略等等职能战略,并以职能战略引导塑造强有力的执行力。
