棉花制营养钵工艺与机具的试验研究

Experiment and Study on Technology and Equipment of Cotton Nutrition Bowl-Making

针对当前大面积推广棉花营养钵育苗移栽的应用现状,为了解决人工制钵育苗过程中费工费时、劳动强度大、作业效率低、作业质量差、作业成本高等问题,研制了一种新型棉花制钵机具。介绍了该机具的基本结构、工作原理及性能参数,同时根据棉花机械化育苗移栽的农艺要求,提出了一种新的棉花制钵工艺,并对棉花苗钵的规格、材料、配比及强度进行了试验研究,给出了棉花制钵工艺的最佳组合参数。

Aim for the apply condition of currently macro-dimension cotton nutrition bowl plantlet foster and move cultivate. To solve the problem of waste of time and work ,too hard work intensity,lower working efficiency,pool working quality,higher working cost in course of plantlet cultivate and make bowl by hand,research and make a new kind of cotton bowl-making machine. The article has introduced the basic structure,working principle ,capability parameter of this machine, at the same time in terms of agriculture demand of cotton mechanization plantlet foster and move cultivate, expound a new kind of cotton bowl-making craft ,put to the test of size ,material ,proportional and intensity of the cotton plantlet bowl ,provide a best fabricate parameter of the cotton bowl-making craft.
