摘要
以氯化血红素(Hemin)作为过氧化物模拟酶,4-氨基安替比林(4-aminoantipyrine,4-AAP)和苯酚(phenol)为氢供体底物,通过Hemin催化活化H2O2氧化底物偶联显色反应,建立了测定Hemin含量的分析方法.实验表明在Ph为10.0条件下,Hemin在0~1.28×10-6 mol/L线性范围内符合朗伯-比尔定律,测定Hemin表观摩尔吸光系数为4.05×105 L·mol-1·cm-1,以加入回收法试验Hemin的含量测定,结果满意.
A method of determination of hemin was established through the catalytic oxidation reaction of herain with H2O2. In this method, heroin was used as a mimetic peroxidase, 4-aminoantipyrine and phenol were used as hydrogen donator substrates. The result shows that the Beers law is obeyed in the range of 0 to 1.28 × 10^-6 tool heroin per lml at pH 10.0. The apparent molar absorption is 4.05×10^5 L · mol^-1·cm^-1. Detection of the concentration of heroin in sewage by the method has been carried out with satisfactory results.
