摘要
研究了新型精铸热锻模具钢的高温磨损性能,并与H13钢进行对比探讨高温磨损机理.结果表明:新型精铸热锻模具钢具有高的高温磨损性能,磨损率显著低于H13钢,仅为H13钢的1/3~1/5.高温磨损机理为氧化物疲劳剥落磨损,精铸热锻模具钢磨损磨屑为厚大块状,而H13钢磨损磨屑以条状为主.
The high temperature wear property of a new type precision cast hot-forging die steel was studied, and compared with that of H13 steel. The mechanism of the high temperature wear was discussed. The results showed that the new type precision cast hot-forging die steel possessed a higher high temperature wear resistance, its wear rate was 1/3-1/5 that of H13 steel. The high temperature wearing was due to the fatigue delamunation of the oxide, the lump wear debris were revealed on the precision cast steel, and the bar wear debris on H13 steel.
