摘要
采用水力学模型模拟研究了板坯结晶器中的喂线工艺,试验得到单边和双边喂的最佳喂稀土线位置,在该位置喂线可获得最快速和均匀的稀土分布效果。
The wire feeding in the slab mould was simulated by a water model, the optimum positions for feeding rare earth wire from the dual sides and the single side of the mould were obtained. The feeding wire at these positions could obtain an excellent effect of speedy smelting wire and even rare earth element distribution.
