摘要
从受力平衡的角度，分析皮带机跑偏的各种因素及常用纠偏方法的不足，研制了一种带传感装置的新 型自动纠偏装置。它能同时自动调整胶带3个方面的受力，使跑偏的胶带迅速回位，实际应用取得了很好的效果。
In this paper, it analyzes all factors of running deflection on strap - machine, indicates the shortage of general rectifying deflection method, and develop a new automatic rectifying deflection device which is equipped with sensor. It can automatically adjusts three sides＇ load which is loaded for adhesive tape at the same time, makes adhesive tape which has run deflection get back quickly, and obtains good value in practice.
