实质器官移植后巨细胞病毒感染的临床新进展
摘要
巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染是实质器官移植后的常见并发症,除具有器官特异性直接损害外,尚具有增加移植物排斥危险等间接损害。本文就近年来CMV感染的危险因素、器官损害、实验室诊断及抗病毒治疗等方面的临床研究新进展进行综述。
