前列腺癌中maspin基因的表达与临床意义

摘要
maspin作为肿瘤抑制基因,对机体许多肿瘤都起抑制作用。研究发现在前列腺癌的发生发展过程中,maspin也起着重要的作用。本文就maspin在前列腺癌中的表达及其临床意义加以综述。
