肾移植术后巨细胞病毒感染与排斥反应
摘要
人类巨细胞病毒(HCMV)感染是免疫抑制状态下的器官移植受者常见而严重的并发症。肾移植术后巨细胞病毒感染和排斥反应是密切相关的两过程,并通过产生一系列相似的细胞因子、化学因子和生长因子共同作用于移植肾,导致移植肾功能丧失。
