摘要
TRIZ理论在产品维修性设计中的应用采用发明原理法,即利用冲突矩阵寻找维修性。矩阵包括39个工程参数和40条原理,其中第34号参数为维修性。维修性冲突解决过程中,可将维修性作为改善一方解决其他工程参数恶化,或将其他工程参数作为改善一方解决产品维修性恶化问题。并以法兰螺栓连接维修性设计为例给予说明。
The contrivance theory is applied in application of in design of TRIZ (Theory of inventive problem solving), and the contradiction solve matrix is applied to seek the product maintenance. The matrix includes 39 pieces of engineering parameters and 40 pieces of inventive principles, and the 34th parameter is maintenance. In the process of maintenance contradiction solving, the depravation of other the parameters is dissolved when maintenance was improved, or the depravation of maintenance is dissolved when other parameters was improved. At last the method is illustrated by the link of flange bolts.
