门诊病历原迹捕获、识别、检索、重绘信息系统的研究

目的研究门诊病历原始笔迹的存储、识别、检索和重绘,以实现门诊病历原始笔迹的电子化管理。方法通过计算机数码纸笔技术,使医生在书写门诊病历的同时,将医生的原始笔迹的书写轨迹记录下来,并通过点阵矢量存储、识别和重绘等计算机技术,实现门诊病历数字影像的存储和检索。结果通过该研究建立的门诊病历原迹数字存储系统在一家三级甲等医院使用。该系统解决了现有纸张门诊病历生命周期无法连续保存和目前电子病历存在的录入瓶颈、无法律效力等缺陷的问题,从而达到规范门诊病历管理的目的。结论该系统是解决目前门诊病历主诉、病史等文字较多内容无法数字化存储的有效方法。

Objective To research the storage, recognition, search , retrieval and repaint of the original hand writing of outpatient service medical record, and realize the electronic management of the original hand writing of outpatient service medical record. Methods When the doctor writing the outpatient service medical record, the orbit writing with the original hand writing of doctor is taken notes by the computer digital paper notes technology. The storage and the retrieval of outpatient service medical record digital reflection are realized by the computer techniques such as passing through the matyix vector to save and recognition and repaint etc. Result The digital outpatient service medical record memory system by way of what this research was built is used in a first-rate hospital of three grades. It has solved questions of that available paper outpatient service medical record life can not continuously be preserved now and the record income bottle neck existing in the electronics medical record at present and no force effect of it, so we can achieve the purpose of standard outpatient service medical record management. Conclusion This system is the effective method to solve the problem that more contents of characters such as the outpatient service medical record owner tells and medical history not be of digitized storage at present.
