摘要
目的为观察抗青光眼药物的降眼压和保护视神经作用,研究建立兔慢性高眼压模型的方法.方法将27只兔随机分为空白对照组和分别在兔前房内注射复方卡波姆、甲基纤维素及玻璃酸钠、液体硅胶、结膜下注射地塞米松诱发青光眼的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组,并评价4种诱发青光眼方法的效果.结果工组有8只眼形成高眼压,高眼压持续时间为21~28天,眼压为32~37mmHg,造模成功率为80%.Ⅱ组2只眼眼压为24~44mmHg及22~34mmHg,分别持续7和11天.其他3组均未形成符合标准的高眼压模型.结论兔眼前房注射0.3%复方卡波姆溶液是一种较好的慢性高眼压模型制作方法.
OBJECTIVE To establish a stable ocular hypertension (OHT) model for investigating optic nerve and retinal damage in glaucoma.METHODS Twenty seven normal albino rabbits were divided randomly into six groups: Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ and control group. Carbomer ( 0.2ml 0.3 %), methylcellulose 0.2ml, Sodium Hyaluronate 0.2ml, and silicone oil 0.2ml, Nacl and subconjunctival (0.2ml 0.85%) ( Ⅰ), (Ⅱ ), ( Ⅲ ) ( Ⅳ), injection of 5mg of dexamethasone ( Ⅴ) were performed respectively on them to induce glaucoma. The intraocular pressure (10P) was measured everyday. RESULTS Experimental glaucoma occurred in eight of ten eyes in group Ⅰ , and ocular hypertension lasted from 21 to 28 days.The mean levels of IOP were 32 - 37mmHg. Successful rate was 80% in the group I. The lOP of two eyes increased to 2 4 - 44mmHg and 22 - 34mmHg, and lasted for 7 and 11 days in group 11 . The other three groups had not established ideal models of ocular hypertension according to the standard. CONCLUSIONS The detection of lOP, the OHT induced by injection of 0.3 carbomer into anterior chamber of rabbit is a ideal OHT model.
