摘要
以哈萨克斯坦盐下油田至让纳诺尔油气混输管线为例,介绍了采用清洁水作为介质进行全线整体试压,投产采取油顶清管球顶水的施工工艺。此方法避免了在哈国办理上水和排水许可证,缩短了施工周期,又满足该国的环保要求。
This paper analyzed the example of an oil and gas combined pipeline, which started from the Yanxia oil field to Zhanazhol. It introduced the construction processes of integral pressure tests in which clean water was used as a medium, and of commissening during which oil pushes the cleaning pig and the cleaning pig pushes water. The afore-mentioned processes avoided application of water giving & drainage permission in Kazakhstan so as to shorten the construction period, and at the same time complied wih the envi- ronmental requirement of Kazakhstan.
