摘要
介绍了心音频域特性谱分析系统,它具有静态功率谱分析、三维动态功率谱分析、互相关谱分析的功能.用该系统包分析了15例正常人,12例冠心病人的心音,证明具有临床诊断价值.
A system is presented here able to analysis power spectra, dynamic power spectra, coherence spectra. The phonocardiogr'am signal from 15 normal individuals, 12 cases of coronary heart disease were analyzed. The results in the clinic showed spectral peak position of the second heart sound of coronary heart disease moving toward the higher frequency direction. These patterns might be used in early diagnosis of coronary disease.
