摘要
确立建立指标体系的四条原则,建立了指挥员指挥能力评价指标体系,在基于模糊交集运算的支配矩阵的基础上,对一种指挥员指挥能力的模糊评价方法进行了研究.利用算例验证了这种模糊评价方法的准确性和易操作性,给出了两点结论.
The paper gives four principle of establishing index system and establishes commander's ability appraisement index system. Based on the controlling matrix of the vague, mixing operation, the paper researches a kind of method of the vague appraisement of the commander's ability. It verifies easy operatingness and the accuracy of this kind of vague assessment method using calculate example, gives out two conclusions.
