摘要
分析国外图书馆基于网络合作的数字化参考咨询服务的成功案例,介绍我国基于网络合作的数字化参考咨询服务发展现状,最后就今后我国基于网络合作的数字化参考咨询服务发展提出了建议。
The paper has analyzed successful cases digital reference consultant service in library both at home and abroad based on network cooperation, and introduced the current situation of consultant service based on network cooperation in our country. Finally, the paper has put forward suggestions of the orientation of developing digital reference consultant service based on network cooperation in the future in China.
