从分析现有档案馆开展的现行文件利用服务工作入手,认为为了更好的满足公众对现行文件的利用需求,配合政府政务信息公开的步伐,应该由政府职能部门牵头建立专业系统的现行文件利用服务中心,作为现有的现行文件利用形式的一种补充。

Proceeding from analyzing the service of using current record in archives, for the sake of meeting public demand for current documentary exploitation, and matching with the government pace in the opening of e-government information, the paper holds the view that government functional departments should take the lead in establishing service centers of using current record of special systems as a kind of complement means of current document service.
