居民个人住房消费信贷模式分析 被引量:2

摘要 根据我国的实际情况,不管是买商品房还是经济适用房,能一次付清房款的人毕竟是少数.对于大多数家庭来说,只有贷款购房才能实现购房愿望.随着国家对个人住房贷款政策的调整,将会被越来越多的城镇居民接受并加入贷款购房之列,能在一定程度上刺激住房消费需求,将住房潜在需求转化为有效需求.
