摘要
位于法国北部专门研制铜台金压铸件的FAVI公司多年来一直在研究一种制造压铸铜转子的新工艺。FAVI公司将其五十多年在黄铜压铸方面的专业知识用于鼠笼铜转子的压铸(和铝转子的工艺是一样的,但是压铸温度却高很多,融化温度约为1100℃)。和焊接组装工艺相比,铜转子新工艺具有工艺简单和凹槽填充率高等优点。
FAVI, based in the North of France, is specialized in copper alloys pressure die casting and has focused for some years on a new industrial process to die-cast copper rotors. FAVI have used their 50 years expertise in brass die-casting for the die-casting of squirrel cage copper rotors （same technology than for aluminium but with very high temperature i.e. melting point at about 1100℃ ）. This new technology points out real gain for copper rotors as regards simplicity and very large possibilities for filling the slots, compared to the welding assembling method.
