摘要 介绍了虚拟仪器技术和电磁干扰的含义;详解描述了基于虚拟仪器的电磁干扰自动测试系统设计的全过程,(包括硬件电路和软件模块);用开关电源的传导干扰作为测量实例,在虚拟仪器LabVIEW7.0(Ⅵ)软件平台上,编写了该虚拟仪器程序,并利用该虚拟仪器程序实际测量了三种电子设备中开关电源谐波分量的测量数据;最后,总结了该测量系统的优点。 In this article, the meaning of virtual instrument technology and electromagnetic interference are introduced; The whole course that the electromagnetic interference automated measurement system is designed on the basis of virtual instrument is described in detail, (including hardware circuit and software module); As an actual example, the conduction interference of switch power is applied. On virtual LabVIEW7.0(VI)software platform, the programmer is written and is utilized. And the measurement data of switch power harmonic component in the three types electronics equipments are measured. Finally, the advantage of this measuring system is summarized.
