摘要
针对测量气体质量流量的特殊性,分析了气体科氏质量流量计的发展现状及存在的问题;基于气体科氏质量流计的工作机理,讨论了影响气体科氏质量流量计性能的几种因素;给出了提高气体科氏质量流量计性能的思路与措施。初步研究表明:得到的研究结果与提出的技术措施具有较好实用效果。
Aiming at the specificity of measuring mass-flow of gas, the article analyzed present condition, developing trend and existing problems of Corioliss Mass Flowmeter (CMF); discussed the influential factors of designing CMF; gave out the idea and method of improving the performance of CMF. The preliminary research showed that reaching research conclusion and putting forward technical method have more practical effect.
