具有大肠杆菌O32相同抗原的鲍氏志贺菌14型产气变种表型特性研究

摘要 目的:研究我省鲍氏志贺菌14型(C14)产气变种流行菌株的表型特性,比较与大肠杆菌O32之间表型特性的相关性。方法:本文采用传统的生化反应、血清凝集、噬菌体裂解和豚鼠角膜试验对试验菌株进行研究。结果:结果表明所试11株菌的32种生化反应结果除分解葡萄糖产生少量气体外均符合志贺菌属定义;血清学鉴定结果表明与C14型血清凝集阳性、豚鼠角膜试验阳性、噬菌体裂解试验符合志贺菌;O抗原交互吸收凝集试验表明待检菌与C14型标准菌和大肠杆菌O32三者之间抗原结构相同。结论:C14型产气变种菌株在我省普遍存在。C14型产气变种与大肠杆菌O32的生化特性和抗原结构等表型特性具有高度的相关性,提示在检验工作中应注重对两种菌株的鉴别诊断。 Objective:To study phenotype trait of Shigella boydii aerogenesis variety type 14 in shandong province, and to compare it with E. coli O32. Methods:Traditional biochemical reaction, serum agglutination, phage cracking and cornea test on guinea pig were used to study target bacteria. Results:According to the results of 32 biochemical reactions and 3 serological tests, the 11 strains had the same character as Shigella boydii except for aerogenesis trait. Mutual absorb agglutination test on O antigen indicated that the target strains had the same antigen structures as standard strain type C14 and E. coli O32. Condution: Aerogenesis variety strains type 14 are commonly exist in shandong province,they have high relevancy with E. coli O32 phenotype traits such as biochemical nature and antigen structure, which indicates we should pay attention to differential diagnosis on these two strains.
