赛斯平免疫抑制作用机理的探讨

通过赛斯平对人外周血单个核细胞体外作用的研究，探讨赛斯平的免疫抑制作用及其机理。结果表明，塞斯平能显著抑制植物血凝素（PHA）诱导的T淋巴细胞增殖反应，抑制作用主要发生在早期，而且抑制强度随药物浓度增加而增强，赛斯平对PHA激活的T淋巴细胞表面白细胞介素2受体的表达呈强烈的抑制作用（P＜0．001）。结果提示赛斯平能显著地抑制淋巴细胞的增殖及白细胞介素2受体的表达，具有满意的免疫抑制效果。

The influence of Cyspin on T cell activation was investigated by examining T cell proliferation and IL-2R expression. Results showed that Cyspin exerted marked inhibitory effect on PHA-induced T cell proliferation in the early phase of the process, that the inhibition effect was dose-dependent and that adding Cyspin to PHA stimulated lymphocytes led to blocking of IL2R expression(Pwt0. 001). It is suggested that the inhibitory effect of Cyspin on T cell proliferation is most probably mediated by blocking IL-2 production as well as IL-2R expression.
