浅议我国的法定存款准备金制度

An Analysis of Diversified Legal Deposited Reserve System of China

央行2004年4月对法定存款准备金率的调整引发了笔者对我国法定存款准备金制度的关注和思考。阐述了法定存款准备金制度的基本原理,回顾了我国法定存款准备金率的调整历史,分析了我国现行的差别存款准备金率制度的现状,并提出了进一步完善的措施。

First this paper indicated the fundamental theory of the diversified legal deposited reserve system and looked back to the history of the adjustment of diversified legal deposited reserve rates of China. Then it analyzed the present problems of the reserve policy and gave some advices on the measures to be used.
