摘要
在应用旧结核菌素和福氏不完全佐剂混合物诱导小鼠迟发型超敏反应的同时,皮下注射新鲜分离的小鼠脾脏树突状细胞,以观察该细胞在迟发型超敏反应中的作用。结果表明,树突状细胞注射组超敏反应局部(耳廓)的血管通透性和ConA刺激的T细胞增殖能力均显著强于各对照组(P<0.01),而相应抗体的产生水平各组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。经病理切片观察,于发生超敏反应的局部可见单核细胞、淋巴细胞浸润,尤以树突状细胞注射组为著。提示该细胞作为一种抗原递呈细胞,确实能增强迟发型超敏反应。
X 106 freshly isolated splenic dendritic cells of mice were injected into hypoderm of mouse with delayed type hypersenstivity (DTH) in order to observe the functions of dendritic cell in DTH. The results revealed that the exudation of allergen contacted local blood vessel and the proliferation of T lymphocyte to ConA stimulation in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.01). But the level of serum antibody to allergen wasn't markedly different between two groups(p>0.05). In addition, the pathologic pictures that the monocytes and lymphocytes infiltrated into the local tissue of hypersenstivity, especially in experimental group were demonstrated.
