村民自治中民主决策的几点思考

村民自治中的民主决策,对于农村自治的健康发展,维护广大农民的根本利益,建设农村社会主义物质文明、精神文明、政治文明具有重要意义。当前农村自治的民主决策存在一些问题,如制度不完善、村委与乡镇的关系没有依法理顺、村委与村民、村委与村支部的关系没有依法理顺。笔者认为,建立系统的民主决策程序和制度、提高乡镇村干部的民主法制素质、建立民主决策跟踪调查和信息反馈制度,是把村民自治的民主决策真正落到实处的有效办法。
