社会交换论与公益基金会项目运作中的激励机制——以湖北省青少年发展基金会为个案

摘要 本文结合霍曼斯社会交换理论中的五个命题分析了湖北省青少年发展基金会项目运作中的参与各方,特别是捐助人的捐助意识、行为和激励机制之间的关系。试图说明实施公益项目的基金会只有从理论上把握公益项目中参与各方的动力和行为模式,才有可能在实践中给予合理、有效的激励,逐步完善激励机制,保证公益项目的高效运作。 Within the frame work of five propositions of the Theory of Social Exchange Values of George Homans, this thesis tries to analyze the various parties participating in program operation of the Hubei Provincial Youth Development Foundation, with emphasis on the relations between donation consciousness, behaviors of donators and Motivation Mechanism. The thesis tries to put forward that when the drives and behavior patterns of each party are theoretically understood only can foundations offer appropriate and effective motivation, form perfect motivation mechanics progressivly and thus ensure a effective operation of public welfare programs.
