太白贝母的快速繁殖试验

Experiment on the Rapid Reproduction of Fritillaria taipaiensis taipaiensis P.Y.Li

报道了太白贝母组织培养快速繁殖试验。研究表明：采用ＭＳ＋ＮＡＡｌｍｇ／Ｌ＋６ＢＡ３ｍｇ／Ｌ培养基，诱导愈伤组织和再生鳞茎的频率为９３％；愈伤组织和再生鳞茎中含有１５种人体必需的常量和微量元素，其中大多数元素的含量均明显超过栽培鳞茎。

This paper reports the experimental results of rapid repreduction of Fritillaria taipaiensis by tiaseue cul-ture.The research shows that the induction frequency of callases and rebulbs with MS+NAA 1mg/L+6BA 3mg/L is93%.Fifteen kinds of common and trace elements that are neceasesary for human body are found in calluses and re-bulbs.The contents of most elements obviously exceed those.of cultural bulbs.
